The 19th century US president was James Garfield after whom his grandson, Jim Davis (the creator and person in the left bottom picture) named the cat Garfield. The actor on the top right is Bill Murray who was cast as the voice of Garfield in the 2004 movie Garfield. And Gary Sobers' picture was provided just as a clue as his real name is Garfield Sobers
