The First picture is that of Hannibal crossing the Alps. The bottom right picture is the Flag of Wales also called the Red Dragon. And the person on the bottom left is Thomas Harris, the author of the book Silence of The Lambs. The movie Hannibal was the prequel and Red Dragon the sequel to Silence of The Lambs.
