Saddam Hussein

The person on the top left is Ahmed Hassan Al-Bakr, top right is Jalal Talabani. They were the predecessor and succesor of Saddam respectively. The person in the bottom of the picture is Michael Aflaq the founder of the Ba'ath Party. And finally thats the Ba'ath party flag.
