And The Correct Answer Is
Six Sigma.
Motorola (the brand of the cell phone shown) was the first company to implement six sigma methodology. Bill Galvin (the man in the black and white picture) was the chairman of Motorola at that time. And the third clue the Dabbawalla's of Mumbai, who have been accredited six sigma status for their perfection in working methods. (Richard Branson's picture was just to lead you away from the answer!)
